Women Organization for Modern Economy and Nursing (WOMEN) is a Cambodian NGO working towards a society where the rights of vulnerable people and all children are respected; and they have access to health, social services and improved livelihoods through sustainable development. WOMEN was founded in 1993 and registered as a national nongovernmental, non-political and non-profit organization by the Minister of Interim Council on December 21, 1993. WOMEN was re-registered with Ministry of the Interior (number 314D) on 11 April 2000.
Since its inception WOMEN has implemented development programs on HIV prevention and care for people living with AIDS, child protection, child safeguarding, climate change and adaptation and community development for improve the situation of poor, vulnerable and sick Cambodians especially women and children in Phnom Penh municipality and Kandal, Prey, prash Vihear, Kratie and Oddar Meanchey province. WOMEN delivers programs on impact mitigation for HIV and AIDS, Child Rights, Gender and Climate Change Adaptation.
WOMEN is a community based organization that delivers effective programs working to improve quality of life of the most vulnerability people in poor communities, ethnic minority communities to achieve their potential and contribute to social sustainability development through build up the capacity, networking and followed the national law and government policy by establishment MOU and sub-contract working with national level, sub-national level, NGO, private sectors and other stakeholder for partnership working which part of development and social support gaps and working together addressing to support to the most of vulnerabilities children, people that affected from unprotected for children, health HIV/AIDS, social issue, climate change, natural disaster and community development.

Organization Goal:
To improve quality of health and well-being of vulnerable people specifically vulnerable children in community, People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV) and people affected by climate change through a facility and community based networks.
General Objective:
1. To insure all children are safety from sexual abuse, domestic violence, traffic danger, natural and climate change danger, children get participation in formal school, reporting about their issue and support on time. Protection and inclusion of children discriminated due to their sexual orientation and gender identity/expression (SOGIE), and Promoting Citizen Engagement for Improving Quality Services at Sub-National Level”.
2. To promote the PLHIV, OVC and families have good quality of life through received knowledge of Prevention and health care for living long life with HIV/AIDS, basic need support, referral support for received health service OIs and ARV. Home base care team staffs need to spend much time at community with PLHIV and their children who have problem such as serous sick, hopeless, poor condition of living.
3. Improving the quality of community participation in natural resource conservation and project through promote Communities for Sustainable Fisheries Alliance (CSFA) and Strengthened the community and local authority capacity to reduce vulnerability to climate change impacts through integrated approaches in target community.

Expected result:
1. # Families and Children in target area have basic knowledge on child projection, positive parenting and reporting all kind of child unsafe living in community for finding the possibility intervention to support those needed children.
2. # Prevention and care for community people at risk and care for HIV/AIDS/STIs and linkage the service.
3. # Community people have knowledge on climate change and participation for contribution on climate change preparation, adaptation and natural resource conservation.
4. # of organization service workers received appropriate knowledge and working skill for improving program implementation with quality and sustainability.
